How big are the cookies?Our cookies are generously sized, each weighing in at 150 grams. They offer a delightful, substantial treat that's perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth or sharing with a friend.

Can I freeze my cookies?Our cookies are perfect for freezing! Simply place them in an airtight container or Ziplock bag, and they’ll stay fresh for up to three months. Enjoy a delightful treat anytime by thawing them at room temperature or giving them a quick warm-up in the oven.

How long are your cookies good for?Our cookies remain fresh and delicious for up to two weeks when stored in an airtight container. This way, you can enjoy their perfect taste and texture for days to come. We recommend freezing your cookies if you don't plan to eat them right away.

How long after I place my order will it be processed?To ensure maximum FRESHNESS, all orders are shipped on Monday so that they don't sit in a warehouse on the weekend. This way you can enjoy our cookies at their very best. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

I have a nut allergy; can I still eat your cookies?Our cookies are baked in an open kitchen where wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, nuts, and tree nuts are present. Although we strive to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. If you have a severe allergy, we advise consulting a medical professional before enjoying our products.

My cookies arrived slightly melted, what do I do?Softening of cookies and toppings may occur during hot summer months. Place in the freezer just until firm. Even if your cookies arrive slightly melted, they still taste just as delicious! The heat might give them a softer, gooier texture, but that won’t affect their flavor.

What if my cookies arrive when I am not home?Please keep an eye out for your package! It’s not advised to leave your cookies in the sun, rain, etc. for long periods of time! Ensure you are able to bring your cookies indoors or into room temperature asap.

What if my cookies arrive damaged?Once your cookies leave our hands and are with third party carriers, we cannot control what happens to your package. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Baked By Alyssa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations, nor do we replace lost or damaged items. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.

Do you offer international shipping?As of right now, we ship our cookies exclusively to Canada and the United States. By purchasing from Baked By Alyssa, you acknowledge and agree to be responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and related fees (DDU -Delivery Duties Unpaid) upon receiving the package, if applicable, which can include additional fees from Customs Brokers or Agents for their services. If the required customs fees and duties are not paid upon delivery, the package will be subject to destruction by the customs authorities and your order will be non-refundable.
