SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to Baked By Alyssa! We’re thrilled to share our delicious cookies with you. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy:
Processing Time: To ensure maximum FRESHNESS, all orders are shipped on Monday so that they don't sit in a warehouse on the weekend. This way you can enjoy our cookies at their very best. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Baked By Alyssa is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Damages: Baked By Alyssa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Order Cancellations & Modifications - Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify/cancel the order or shipping address.
International Shipping: Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside of Canada and the United States. By purchasing from Baked By Alyssa, you acknowledge and agree to be responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and related fees (DDU -Delivery Duties Unpaid) upon receiving the package, if applicable, which can include additional fees from Customs Brokers or Agents for their services. If the required customs fees and duties are not paid upon delivery, the package will be subject to destruction by the customs authorities and your order will be non-refundable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Baked By Alyssa, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our cookies. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before making a purchase.
